Replacing non-removable pins with removable pins on a wrist watch

This video demonstrates how to remove non-removable pins from a watch, and replace them with removable pins (pins with spring-bars). A wire cutter is used to clip the pin, or to simply bend it so that it can be removed. Then the removable pin is inserted into the strap and fitted between the lugs.
