Replacing foam speaker surround with rubber.

The foam surrounds on these speakers went bad and I decided to replace them with rubber ones. I think the rubber will last longer. I did the first one (not shown) by gluing the rubber first, which turned out better. This one I applied glue to the cone, which ran a bit and made a little mess. It doesn't affect the sound in any way, it just looks messy! Grill cloth is a good idea...
