Inspection of buildings and constructions" strengthening of designs
Comprehensive (full) examination of buildings and constructions is based on definition of the actual technical condition of a construction and its elements (inspection of the bearing designs and protecting), obtaining the actual values of characteristics of designs (durability, resistance to a heat transfer, etc.) taking into account operational changes. Examination is based on definition local studying of technical condition of separate type of designs (walls, overlapping, a roof, etc.) or one element (a column, a beam, the site of the base, etc.) connected with detection of defects or damages or need of increase in loads of a design. Measurement works are a complex of the works connected with check of the main sizes of an object (length of flights, height of columns, sections, etc.) on which emergence of deformations in elements of designs depends. If necessary horizontal position of overlappings, observance of the set biases, vertical position of the bearing elements and so forth is checked. Determination of durability includes a research of ability of material to resist destruction under the influence of external loadings in two ways - destroying and nondestructive methods. Inspection of the bearing designs is based on t definition of the actual strength characteristics of materials and assessment of the bearing ability by results of performance of testing calculations. Heattechnical calculations allow to define compliance of the set protecting designs (external walls, overlappings, etc.) to modern norms on thermal protection of the building (construction).
