I have an excellent career opportunity for a Regional Procurement Manager with a leading global manufacturer of Pressure Sensitive Adhesive Tapes, Films, Plastics, and Flexible Materials. This is a billion-dollar parent company with global reach. They are based near Newark and Southeast New Jersey.
The company is looking for a Regional Procurement Manager to be based in their office near Newark. This position is responsible for procurement activities for the manufacturing and converting of engineered pressure sensitive adhesive tapes, films, coated and flexible materials.
The role report to their Procurement Director. The traveling requirements are about 20%.
The position is responsible for:
• Streamline Procurement Management and Operations
• Establish SOP & KPI and manage all sites’ procurement performance (savings, delivery, quality, etc.)
• Maximize Savings by maintaining central procurement cooperation with each site’s members
• Apply corporate Procurement Policy to ensure Corporate Social Responsibility with ethical behaviors
The ideal candidate will have:
• More than 5 years in Procurement Activities
• Must have Manufacturing experience
• Bachelor’s Degree
• preferred Engineering background or degree
• a proven track record of Savings in Procurement
The role offers:
• A base salary of 100-115K base salary
• a 10% bonus opportunity
• 16 days of vacation to start, 22 days after year 1, and other great corporate benefits.
