Refugee Crisis: Refugees in Libya detained in dire conditions

Thousands of people arrive in Libya every day as they wait to board boats to Europe. If they're caught, they are held in detention centres. The UN says there are at least 24 government run facilities and they are at full capacity. Militia groups have also set up their own versions. Sarah Jones reports.
