(30 May 2019) REESE WITHERSPOON AND LOOKALIKE DAUGHTER AVA, NICOLE KIDMAN, MICHELLE PFEIFFER, MORE POSE ON 'BIG LITTLE LIES' RED CARPET The "Big Little Lies" premiere in New York was a mother and daughter night for Reese Witherspoon and her 19-year-old daughter, Ava. Witherspoon, in a blush pink and black Elie Saab strapless dress, brought her teen daughter (whose dad is actor Ryan Phillippe) to the red carpet. Meryl Streep, who is a new cast member this season, wore a bohemian style frock. Zoe Kravitz also stunned in a black rhinestone-studded Saint Laurent minidress. Shailene Woodley was sultry and mod in a sheer black gown by Dior complete with a Bardot-style hairdo and cat-eye makeup. Nicole Kidman sparkled in a black sequin Michael Kors blazer with feather trim. Laura Dern also wore a white Saint Laurent blazer over a sheer black peek-a-boo blouse with black trousers. Kathryn Newton dressed in a halter gown with plunging neckline. Michelle Pfeiffer, who was there to support her husband, writer David E. Kelley, wore a plaid pantsuit. Merrin Dungey wore a off-white dress with gold and silver lame' leaf designs. The men of "Big Little Lies" also delivered style. Jack Tupper wore a velvet navy blue blazer while Adam Scott donned a brown plaid blazer, brown slacks and navy shirt. Alexander Skarsgard wore a brown Tom Ford suit. Other guests dressed to impress including Jessica Williams who wore a iridescent dress with a pink sequined hart and seafoam feather detail around the neckline. Jonathan Van Ness of "Queer Eye" turned heads in a sheer blouse, floral skirt and blue sneakers. Margarita Levieva glammed it up in a emerald green sequin dress.
