If your device isn’t performing as expected, you can use safe mode to check if a third-party app is causing the problem.
In safe mode, your device starts with only the original pre-installed software and apps running. If the performance improves in safe mode, it’s likely that one or more downloaded apps are causing the issue. Exit safe mode and restart the device to uninstall the identified apps.
