Reballing a PS3 Chip with a Heat Gun! By:NSC

Hi & Welcome at my Channel ;) Here i show you how its posibel to Reball a PS3 Chip without a Reaballing BGA Station ;) This PS3 had a YLOD because 2 contacts was touching each other, so thei was togetter, thats why i have need to take all the Chip out and Reball it from new...
