RCA 46LA45RQ 46" LCD HDTV Panel Problem

RCA TV panel issue. The problem was apparently so widespread that by the time I contacted RCA/OnCorp, they were very fast to locate an authorized dealer in my area who ordered a new panel for the TV and repaired it in my home. Works good as new, except the new panel does NOT restart any warranty. Also, the repair man didn't know if the new panel had the problem corrected. Update: 7-9-15 - The new panel has been working flawlessly for almost 3 years.
