Raising Ducks for Eggs 2/2

Maia Holliday and I talk about the ducks she cares for at Alder Creek Farm on the north Oregon coast. She covers info about ducks and permaculture, ducks and disease resistance (as compared to raising chickens,) and basic feeding and care. All of the is filtered through the ideals of permaculture and sustainability. Alder Creek Farm is part of the Lower Nehalem Community Trust. This was a fact-finding mission for me...I would like to have ducks in the new garden space.
