Rain triggered Floods, Landslides Devastate Villages in Northwest China

Heavy rainfall has triggered flash floods which have in turn caused mudslides to devastate villages in northwest China's Gansu Province on Monday.
Some 5,000 villagers have been affected but none is reported seriously hurt.
Hundreds of homes were damaged, with household appliances buried in thigh-deep mud and debris.
Troops and rescuers have evacuated over 4,000 villagers including over 100 who get slightly injured in the disaster.
