Rahşan Apay performs Pēteris Vasks' Cello Concerto No.2 "Presence"

Turkish cellist Rahşan Apay (www.rahsanapay.com) performs Latvian composer Peteris Vasks' (b.1946) Cello Concerto No.2 "Presence" at the 33rd International Ankara Music Festival in Ankara, Turkey, on April 13, 2016, with Hacettepe University Symphony Orchestra under the baton of prominent Turkish conductor Burak Tüzün.
