It is One of the healthy drink especially for this summer
It is high in Protein Content, contains anti microbial properties,
Keeps you young,reduces pimples - as it cools the body, reduces bad cholesterol ,
Above all this its very simple to prepare :) :) :D

Ragi/ Finger Millet Flour - 1 Cup
Salt - 1/4 teaspoon (optional)
Water - 1. 3 Liters
The preparation method of this is very simple as i said....It goes well with the fish fry, Any time of the day u can have it.
