A light, easy and fast dessert for the family or an healthy baby puree' for your little ones.
Quinoa is such a versatile ingredient, perfect for salads and at the same time for sweets. Even if it has the look and the taste of a whole grain, it's a seed! It is very tasty by itself and has a lot of good properties: very high in proteins and gluten-free.
I really like cooking it for my family and it's time to offer it to my little Alex. This recipe can work as a nice light sweet dessert for the family in a mashed version or as a baby puree for the little ones. Few ingredients to be mixed in no time: quinoa, apple, banana, dates and, if you want, cinnamon. That's it!
