QRP QSO IC8-OH8 15M | Yaesu FT-817 F-LOOP

This is a recording of a QSO between IC8 and OH8 (Finland - ItalY). I was using the Chameleon Antenna F-Loop (magnetic loop antenna) and the Yaesu FT-817ND. Conditions were quite poor, but as you see in the video, it was possible to make 2800km QSO with QRP power and this small antenna. Man-Portable and QRP is a side project from #SurvivalTechNord to share, promote and educate radio operators about man-portable & low power communications, equipment, antennas, and related excursions. If you want a real challenge, QRP portable s the way to go. Maximize capabilities, while minimizing gear!
