Pyung Ahn Cho Dan (also referred to as Pinan Shodan and Heian Shodan) is a common introductory level form practiced in many martial arts of the Shuri-te lineage. This is an introduction to some of the applications practiced in the Korean variation of the Hyung (Kata) at our school.
