PTV Vissim: Car Park Guidance System

http://vision-traffic.ptvgroup.com/ - This Vissim simulation shows the implementation of a parking guidance and information system (PGI) as it can be found in city centres, at airports, stations etc. Cars are directed to a specific parking space according to attractiveness and availability. Furthermore the current fill state is displayed with variable message signs. Parking space allocation in Vissim is done by parking routing decisions. For 3D visualization a simple COM script is used for the display of the remaining spaces and barrier animation.
