After researching online for some low sugar flapjacks it became obvious that people are being misinformed on low sugar and getting "no added REFINED sugar" recipes.
So i set out to create a recipe that was actually low in sugar, any type of sugar for that matter, that also didn't use any sweeteners.
So in this video i show you the recipe that i have created for exactly this purpose.
I also thought about making a really high protein flapjack too, using protein powder and may do that in the future but for this video i've kept it just for a small cheat snack rather than a post workout type meal.
