Propane Flame Tube, FIRE in standing waves above closed pipe

Propane Flame Tube--Standing Waves of FIRE in a Closed Pipe at different frequencies Propane is pumped through a horizontal metal pipe with holes drilled along the top of the pipe. One end of the pipe is closed off. The other end is a speaker. By playing different frequencies on the speaker, sound waves are introduced and a standing wave of FIRE is formed above the closed pipe. If I'm not mistaken, the number of antinodes represent different frequency modes of the harmonic series. Demonstration by Dr. Richard C. Henry.
