Proof of Concept: MakeClothes without applying modifiers

In this video we demonstrate that it's possible to adapt MakeClothes 2 to gracefully handle modifiers, such as the mirror modifier. It is a proof-of-concept demonstration of functionality which has not yet made it into the master branch of MakeClothes.
