Project powerstroke MORE PROBLEMS TRANSMISSION HELP

This is my 1999 ford f350 powerstroke that needed an engine and paint and body work! I finally got it painted turned out pretty decent workin on puttin the rest of it back together but in the mean time i deicded to start looking in to why i have a dead cylinder and found out that its a cracked piston, i did an inframe rebuild on the engine and it runs great then i cleaned the interior which was a disaster but now the transmission went out and i need your help!
