Project Brutality that is basically a superduper upgraded version of Brutal Doom, has got an update today (31.08.2015) which can be grabbed here http://www.moddb.com/mods/brutal-doom/addons/project-brutality . Project Brutality is a very good addition when you are bored with Brutal Doom (bored with Brutal Doom? Brutal Doom soon will be five years old!), pa1nki113r made a lot of new things, tweaks and other candies to make you enjoyed while playing Project Brutality with standard Doom WADs and custom PWADs. Project Brutality is only available for GZDoom 2.X released and Zandronum 3.X releases. Some bugs have been fixed but also a lot of tweaks like possibility to turn off/on appearance of some monsters (You do really dislike Overlords and Flesh Wizards, don't you? With this version, you can turn them off for once and all), replacing some weapons when you get a better one (for example once you get a revolver, your basic pistol can be replaced by it. Same goes with HMG aka Autocannon that replaces Gattling once you get it). Other interesting additions are a new attack for Hell Knight that can charge at you when you are close to it and damage you a lot (Hell Knight is basically a lighter version of Baron Of Hell so while Baron is a muscular and slow demon, Hell Knight is a lighter and faster replacement), new sprites for Autocannon guy. There was also a shown WIP version somewhere of new heavier Revenant, but unfortunately it didn't get through to this release. Another very useful tweak are new upgrades for some of your weapons. For now, except standard UAC threebarreled Gattling you can also upgrade your standard Carbine to use a drum magazine with more rounds than before, drum magazine for your autoshott (what is a very important upgrade because Autoshotty eats rounds very fast while reloading it is quite slow) and a third type of rounds for Pump-action shottt that can ignite enemies.
