Problems (and Resolution) With Half Inch End Mill in 6061 Aluminum

I tried cutting a pocket into 6061 aluminum using my Taig micro mill with some disastrous results. I got it eventually and hopefully it'll help others learn. Thanks to all those who helped me along.
