Prius Drivers in LA

I was headed home from work to be hit by a Prius driver that could not use her blinker and then decided to leave after I tried to pull over to trade info. *Update* This is in California where if you know anything about the laws for motorcycle riders you will take note, we can travel up to 10 miles faster than cars in a lane split/share. (The fish eye lens makes it look a bit faster) 1) Lane splitting by motorcycles is not illegal in California. 2) Motorists should not take it upon themselves to discourage motorcyclists from lane splitting. 3) Intentionally blocking or impeding a motorcyclist in a way that could cause harm to the rider is illegal (CVC 22400). 4) Opening a vehicle door to impede a motorcycle is illegal (CVC 22517).
