Printing problem with Anet E16

Anet E16 is printing outside the bed; both in the front side and back side in the printing process. Moreover, it is printing odd objects rather than the real 3d model which I launched for the printing. See proof. I had launched a tube 3d model of side 30mm length, 30 mm width and 10mm height. The printout was strange and different.
