Pricing Digital Marketing Services As a New Agency?

A big question people often ask me is how to go about pricing your services as a digital marketing agency or consultant. I took one of my student's questions and decided to answer it in today's video. Typically this can vary quite a bit depending on the services you offer. With services such as Adwords or say Facebook bots you can likely offer flatrate pricing, but when it comes to SEO I tend to take more of a custom approach based on the niche, competition and current authority of a website. You have to be careful not to undercut yourself or you'll find that you are in way over your head and unable to get real results without much of a budget. Just consider most full time salaried employees earn over 30-40k/year minimum. If you had an entire team of people and employees working on your clients SEO there is no reason you can't charge say $2-4k/month for this. Need help with your pricing strategy?
