Donald Trump is doubling down on his claim that President Obama and other past commanders-in-chief did not call the families of slain American military personnel. "I mean, you could ask General Kelly, did he get a call from Obama? You could ask other people. I don't know what Obama's policy was," the president said on Brian Kilmeade's Fox News radio show Tuesday. Trump's chief of staff, retired General John Kelly lost his son, Second Lieutenant Robert Kelly, in Afghanistan in 2010.
