Preppers with a FCC Technician License - Beware

Also includes a short discussion of EMP. Having ONLY a small hand held 4 watt radio and not practicing all of the various HF modes will serve you poorly in a grid down. You must learn portable operations, proper antenna deployment, and HF radio operation to be fully prepared.
