Hello, everyone! In February, I mentioned that I'd be making the switch from Microsoft Flight Simulator X to Lockheed Martin's Prepar3D. It was a long transition process for sure. There were a lot of things I had to get used to with the new program, especially with all the lighting and shaders available as well as the lack of FSrecorder compatibility (except for v1.331). Anyway, to make a long story short, I made the switch to P3D (so glad that I did) AND I got a new computer...it's pretty heavy. I'm able to run PMDG aircraft with REX, ORBX, and payware airports with 50+ fps. It's pretty amazing what a new system can do. Check out the specs below.
I really wanted this first video in P3D to be amazing, so I spent a lot of time searching for my favorite aircraft/scenery combination and, thanks to max737Ifly, I was inspired to take the PMDG 777 to FlyTampa's Amsterdam Schiphol. I hope you guys like the final product.
I look forward to making a whole lot more on my new system with P3D. If you haven't made the transition to P3D yet, I HIGHLY recommend it. The difference is huge.
