This is our beginner acro dance lesson 6 for Pre-Level (ages 4-5 years old). We work on cardio, strength, flexibility, contortion, yoga, tumbling, and partnering all in one lesson.
We use our lessons for 4 weeks in the studio- making that 10 lesson plans per year.
Feel free to use these as guidelines for your own classes, take the material and adapt it to suit you, your students, and your class.
