Prankster interrupts Theresa May's conference speech to hand her fake P45

A man interrupts the prime minster's closing speech at the Conservative party conference to hand her a fake P45. The mock letter lists the reason for termination of employment as 'neither strong nor stable'. Theresa May stumbles over a word and then stops her speech. There is silence for a few seconds while the man is removed.
