Powerbait Rig Setup to Catch Rock Fish

Coos Bay is where I test certain fishing techniques because the fish there are abundant. Powerbait isn't just used to catch trout, but also saltwater fish. I put on some powerbait on a hook in this video and my friend Kosuke didn't think I would catch any. But, I did. It was the same bait that I used for trout fishing.
