The laptop is in near mint condition, with the screen perfect. The keys are all present and in full working order, as is the innovative touchpad located at the side of the keypad. The top of the laptop when closed has very few minor handling marks which you can hardly notice. The OS is the laptop is Windows Vista Ultimate, which is very good and easy to use. It comes with a charger and nothing else. It also comes from a smoke and pet free home, and the reason for sale is that i have puchased a desktop computer. The winning bidder will be recieving a very fast and easy to use laptop. No returns as i have been completely honest in my description. Used: An item that has been previously used. The item may have some signs of cosmetic wear, but is fully operational and functions as intended. Unfortunately I feel I have to reject your request for a refund, as the item was as described. The condition of the laptop when dispatched corresponded to the listing perfectly as I tested it thoroughly. I do not sell faulty items.
