This Post-Show Talk features Pacific Northwest Ballet artistic director Peter Boal, ballet soloist Elizabeth Murphy, and Scholar-in-Residence Maura Keefe. The Talk took place on August 8, 2014 following a dance performance by Pacific Northwest Ballet at Jacob’s Pillow Dance Festival in Becket, MA.
Post-Show Talks are held at Jacob's Pillow Dance on Thursdays in the Doris Duke Theatre and Fridays in the Ted Shawn Theatre and offer an opportunity for audiences to gain more insight into performances directly from the artists themselves.
The preceding performance featured Pacific Northwest Ballet in four dance works: David Dawson's "A Million Kisses to my Skin," Susan Stroman's "Take Five...More or Less," the company premiere of Annabelle Lopez Ochoa's "Before After," and Nacho Duato's "Rassemblement."
These videos are part of Seeing Dance, Talking Dance, a project of Jacob's Pillow Dance Festival, encouraging different ways of seeing, discussing, and appreciating dance.
