Portland police release video leading up to fatal July encounter with Lane Martin

The footage from private security cameras shows some of Martin’s actions before an officer shot and killed him at a Southeast Portland apartment complex on July 30, 2019. The images don't show police firing sponge-tipped rounds at Martin or the shooting. Some of the footage doesn’t include audio. Police have blurred the faces of officers who responded.
