WARNING: major spoiler. In the middle of the game you get to GLaDOS' chamber with Wheatley and you help him take control over whole factility. He becomes drunk with power and takes it out on GLaDOS and Chell. The moment when Wheatley starts laughing was alone worth buying this game.
