Carburetors Wont let In Fuel, Then Flood; Received, both carburetors in good condition, removed both carburetor tops and verified that the floats were moving and not binding. Checked physical float heights and found no problems. Removed both needle and seat assemblies and cut open; found foreign debris in the left needle and seat assembly. Replaced both needle and seat assemblies and re-set up the float heights. Replaced the left side accelerator pump plunger as the leather cup had rolled on the plunger. Rechecked both accelerator pump dis charge volumes; no problems found. Installed both carburetors on to the test engine and run tested. Found both the balance and mixtures settings to be in good shape and made no adjustments. Let the engine run for 25 minutes to make sure there were no issues with flooding or starvation...
