Porkchop 'n Flatscreen! by Emezie Okorafor Episode 24: Part 1 “Ninjas in the Classroom! Mai’s cover is blown!” Now that she knows her brother is alive, Ninja Girl Mai wants to return to school to find him. Ayane (Chubby Mermaid) thinks it’s too dangerous to return, since their cover has been blown. Even so, Mai is determined, and she slips out the door past Ayane… When Mai arrives at school, she is greeted by Head Mistress Morrigan and her faculty. However, before they can do any harm to Mai, they are interrupted by the recently formed Mai Fan Club! Apparently, Mai’s performance at detention (see Episode 5) earned her the respect of her classmates, and a devoted group of Fangirls (lead by Blue, Cookie, and Hannah) created an official school fan club. In a flash, the Fangirls excitedly escort Mai past Morrigan, into the school. It seems that killing Mai on school grounds will prove impossible for Morrigan and the Faculty, now that Mai is so popular among the students. No need for cover any more! However, other dangers lurk in the shadows, threatening Mai’s well being. The Stick Bandit has infiltrated the school! More specifically, he has infiltrated The Fangirls in an attempt to get close to Mai! As the Grim Reaper, his job is to maintain the balance between the living world and the spiritual world. Since Mai is technically dead (see episode 9 and 11), his mission is to drag her back to face her death.
