This part of the porcelain tile floor has 13"x13" tile installed on Schluter Ditra on a concrete basement floor. Schluter Ditra is an uncoupling membrane designed as an underlayment for porcelain, marble ceramic and other types of tile installed with thinset. The ditra is installed on the concrete with an unmodified thinset, and the tile is also installed on the ditra with the same unmodified thinset.
