Grease and line your pan with butter paper.
Preheat oven at 350f or 180c
Pan size 3(6 inch round)
Ingredients
Carrot Cake
2 cups (300g) all-purpose flour
2 cups(400g) granulated sugar(can be reduced to 1 1/2 cup or 300g)
2 teaspoons baking soda (10g)
2 teaspoons cinnamon(6g)
1-cup vegetable oil( 240 ml)
3 eggs (Medium or large)
2 teaspooons vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups pureed cooked carrots (make sure it’s chilled before adding it to the batter)
1/2 cup (40g)chopped toasted walnuts
1 cup (80g) shredded coconut
¾ cup canned crushed pineapple, drained
Requirement; Fondant Decoration Bunny
Pink,white,black,white fondant
Rolling pin
cornflour for dusting mat
toothpick
piping nozzle
Whip cream icing
Double cream(550 ml)
Icing sugar as per taste
Vanilla extract 1 tbsp
Recipe
Mix everything together and whip till stiff peak form.
Plz note
Fondant decoration is not made for dairy whip cream icing as whip cream icing is really soft and doest hold fondant well.I kept my cake in fridger right after fondant decoration so it last longer.Buttercream icing is really sweet so i hardly use it.
But u cant trust whip cream for special occasion.
Sugar Syrup
Water and sugar (1:1)
Water 40 ml
Sugar 40 g
In a saucepan mix together and heat it till sugar dissolve.
Let it cool before applying on cake
