PILOT SHORTAGE | My Advice to Young Pilots

The pilot shortage is real. My advice to young pilots is to go to a regional airline as soon as you can. You will set yourself up to make a lot of money and quickly improve your quality of life. 121 airline time can open a lot of doors. That being said, a lot of corporate pilot jobs will soon hire with lower minimums and feel the crunch of the shortage if that is the route you want to go. To 'land' a corporate pilot job, you need to network and talk to everyone. Don't be afraid to apply everywhere. You never know what can happen.
