Pho Brawl in Toronto

Drunk People fighting over space at a crowded Pho restaurant, Pho Xe Lua, downtown near Spadina/Dundas Toronto. The individual throwing the plate has already turned himself into the police. The girl that got the plate smashed on her face got a few stitches on her face afterwards but she is okay. Please note the plate thrower turned himself in to the police a week after the video was filmed and he was charged with assault.
