A few weeks back, I got an eyeliner tattoo and lash lift from Permanent Makeup Manila. The lash lift was a no-brainer. It's an easy procedure anyway so I was good to go. But when it came to the eyeliner tattoo, I wasn't really too keen on doing it at first. I was scared it would look a bit harsh and not at all natural.
