Pelican attacks causing concern in US

A spate of attacks on pelicans in the US state of Florida have conservationists worried. The birds are having their pouches slashed - which can lead to a slow and painful death. The attacks started in 2013, but have since risen sharply. This year, there are already more than a dozen reported cases. Al Jazeera's Andy Gallacher reports from the Florida Keys.
