Peeling a Pineapple - The Fast Version

By popular demand I made a faster two-minute version of my normal speed, almost 5-min, Peeling a Pineapple video. Also, considering a popular misunderstanding, this video is not about how *fast* a pineapple can be chopped. There are several more time-efficient ways to prepare your pineapple. This is about the *most economical* way of peeling, keeping a maximum amount of that delicious pineapple flesh from being wasted. When you need some fruit peeled for you in a place like that, you're not in a hurry. You're relaxed and laid back and can wait for your treat couple of minutes. At least you should.
