One of my favorite go to snacks that really never gets old. For anyone that is trying to get in a quick snack before they head out for the day. I usually make this recipe once and week and have been hooked ever since. The ingredients and nutrition information is listed below. Enjoy!

1 TBSP of Ground Flax
1 scoop or packet of protein
