These are some recipes that I used to prepare from dals and vegetables which are readily available in any common Indian house.
I kind of meals are high in protein and very low in carbohydrates. The objective in PCOS is to reduce the amount of free sugar in a women's system. If this is achieved, there will be no insulin spikes in her body. This is the solution of balancing the hormones.
Important points to keepin mind while following this diet are :
1. Eat lots of vegetables to avoid constipation.
2. Drink 3 to 4 liters of water everyday.
3. Exercise for half n hour daily. anyform of exercise (yoga, jogging, running, brisk walking)
