These are some recipes that I used to prepare from dals and vegetables which are readily available in any common Indian house. I kind of meals are high in protein and very low in carbohydrates. Important points to keepin mind while following this diet are : 1. Eat lots of vegetables to avoid constipation. 2. Drink 3 to 4 liters of water everyday. 3.
