Spycams and maybe body bags are the best assets to buy in preplanning. Go through the front door and start looking for boxes to rewire. While doing this look out for civilians to pick off for key cards. Try to get the first timelock started by 03:30 to still allow time to see more than one tile pattern. Once you get both timelocks down (timelocks are shorter in lower difficulties if you are having any problems) complete the floor pattern grab the diamond and ECM rush your way to the van.
