Path of Exile - Dominus Gameplay, Dual Flame Totems

I've been enjoying this dual flame totem build since the skill point reset. This build doesn't require any exotic items and gels well with other armor builds. It has appreciable DPS on my low level witch and I will keep using this build for the foreseeable future. I'd also like to thank LiftingNerdBro for this awesome build!
