Actual run starts at 3:39 on my 7th attempt to get the MS boots. Had really average item RNG, no amazing weapons and upgraded my 10% MS to 15% in act 4. In the end (entering Harvest) I alch pretty incredible wand, but before that my offhand (non +1 fire) was a wand from act 1. Didn't fuck up too many layouts, but completely tilted in Harvest when I forgot to pick up the organ from Shavronne and lost over minute and a half getting the last organ. Judging from this run I wouldn't be surprised if I managed to hit a 1hr 40min ~ run with getting 2nd QS early, upgrading my boots from 10% to 15% and maybe to 20% and having some nice early level weapons. Not fucking up in Harvest and general playing a bit better would also do a lot. Templar and Shadow should be able to get roughly 1hr 30min runs with good RNG.
